Session fees
After school club sessions cost £11. Breakfast club is £7 per session.
Holiday Club is £32 for a full day and £20 for a half day.
In addition, there is an annual registration fee of £10 per child, capped at £15 per family.
Payment must be made for the whole term in advance at the time of booking.
Booking forms & registration documents must be handed in to club in person prior to the first session. Bookings cannot be accepted via email or mobile phone messages/voicemail.
Last minute bookings
Subject to availability, places can be booked on the day, for registered children only. If not booked in person at club, these bookings must be requested via telephone to the school office (and not by answerphone message). Until the booking is confirmed, parents/guardians remain responsible for collecting their child after school.
Payment should be made that same day when the child is collected, if not paid in advance, together with a booking form.
Payments
Payment must be made at the time of booking. Cheques to be made payable to ‘Chew Stoke Out Of School Club’. The club also accepts Childcare vouchers & Tax-free Childcare payments (see below).
Payment can also be made via bank transfer to the following account. Please put your child’s name & booking type in the payment reference.

Please note the club is unable to accept payment via Parentpay, because the club is a separate entity from the school.
Tax-free Childcare

Chew Stoke Out of School Club is registered to receive payments from Tax-free Childcare accounts. Please ensure you pay for each child separately, print the payment confirmation and hand it in with your booking forms.
Childcare Vouchers
Sessions can be paid for using either paper or electronic Childcare Vouchers. You can top up vouchers with cash or cheque payments.
When paying by electronic vouchers, please specify the child’s name in the reference field and if possible the booking type, e.g. ‘J Bloggs ASC T1’. Please pay for each child separately where possible.
Not all voucher provider payments appear with these references on our bank statements, so to help identify your payments, please print the confirmation screen and enclose it with the booking form. This is particularly important for Computershare voucher payments, which appear completely anonymously on our bank statements!
